These terms apply when you use the Hostess website, calculator, demo, private restaurant desk, or restaurant phone service.
Using the site
Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit information you are not authorized to share. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for protecting your account credentials.
Calculator and demo
The missed event lead calculator is an estimate based on the numbers you enter. It is for planning only and does not predict actual bookings or revenue. The sample handoff is illustrative. A call or inquiry captured by an automated assistant is not a confirmed reservation, event, price, or agreement. Restaurant staff must confirm those details.
Restaurant services
Service availability, call routing, features, pricing, setup, and support are defined by the written pilot order or service agreement for each restaurant. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed service agreement controls for the paid service.
Restaurant customers are responsible for providing accurate approved information, choosing call routing, and meeting their obligations to callers, including any notices or permissions required for their call setup. Recording and stored transcript retention are off by default in the configured pilot and require prior approval and appropriate caller disclosure before being enabled.
Automated call handling
Hostess uses automated systems that can misunderstand callers or return incomplete information. The service captures inquiries and supports staff follow-up; it does not make booking decisions, guarantee that a restaurant received a notification, or replace human judgment. Do not use Hostess for emergencies or to transmit payment card numbers, security codes, passwords, or other payment credentials.
Ownership and availability
Hostess and its licensors retain rights in the site, software, branding, and materials. You may use them only as allowed by these terms and any written service agreement. We may update, suspend, or discontinue site features, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability.
Disclaimers
The website, calculator, demo, and services are provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for decisions made solely from calculator estimates or unverified automated responses. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the site and service change. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to future use, subject to any separate written service agreement and applicable law.
